AIM: Chat, Text, Photo Share, Voice Message App Reviews

Menu items in bottom left (Chats, Friends, New Chat, Profile) are not there on my iPad Pro. Just grey box. Otherwise works nice with 360works for FileMaker Pro.

Why is AOL bent on killing Aim? This iPad version is inferior to the original iPad app from 8 years ago. You could at least customize it so it isnt this bland stark white background. Same goes for the desktop Aim. The new versions are so bad, everyone uses the old ones from 8 years ago. Instead of bringing either up to par with their aging counter parte, they decided to kill them and force you to use these useless, garbage apps a tenth of there former glory. AOL has steady taken features away instead of innovating. There must be am easier way to kill Aim then force this on us.

I have used this app since the day it was created! I love it. So quick and easy to "chat" with my sister in another state. Easier than texting. No problems other than I wish the box could be made smaller. It takes up a large square of my desktop.

When I open AIM, the control buttons at the bottom disappear. I cant switch between viewing friends and viewing chats. Its useless.

Typed a pretty good review in support of AOL (using my phone)... so it really sucked when I hit send and it says my nickname is already taken... but instead of giving me the option to make a new it deleted everything I just typed... so one star for you

Love AIM but do experience delivery issues is using cell service and not wifi. Still a great way to universally connect using one media source.

It was great. Until they took the lifestream out. Now lets all just move to LINE, it has the status feature.

I dont know what the heck aol is thinking but Ive had many issues with messages not going through. IMs disappearing just to name a few. Im so sick of aol. Even theyre aol desktop software is gotten so bad. Have the same issues with that too.

Never had any problems. I love the app.

Apparently my access is "limited" because I use it too much?? It says "temporary log in restriction" because Ive logged in too many times. This is ridiculous. I payed for this app. I just want to use my account.

I love aim. Ive been using it since 2005. I wish we could change the sound to the old school sound! Please fix this!

Once installed, this app displays only a frozen chat screen and you cannot navigate anywhere
