Unsupported social updates?! Guess what, some people liked that feature of your app. Please bring it back asap!!

Horrible now that you guys took away the status. Why not fix the bugs and not being notified when you have a message rather then take away the statues

Ive been an avid user of aim for an actual ten years. Im disappointed by the fact you deleted the status stream. I dont understand the purpose of it. Its something everyone uses. Please bring it back. I really dont want to find another app to use.

Ive been using the desktop version of AIM for years, and I especially loved the mobile app. Now the main person I talk to on here, who is outside the U.S., can no longer download the app. I know its short for America Online, but come on. Were switching to messenger, and Ill delete this when I find a good backup.

So you had the nerve to ask me to rate the app after you took the stream away? You done messed up!!! No one wants to use aim anymore because you did this. The stream was a great way to talk with people and groups of people with out a chat but no you had to take it away. Maybe fix the bugs and the lag before taking away something we love. Get your house in order and fix this before a new better chat system comes out and you are left in the past!!!

No longer using this app, they removed the best feature. Rest In Peace to AIM.

You guys should read these reviews and change this app back. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is the worst app you took away the stream, I cant send pictures, videos, voice message, no icon. I called customer services and they told me there is nothing they can do, not technical support for AIM app; that is really bad. And you have the nerve to ask for rate this app, come people.

Now I dont know what this status update or new app is thats supposed to replace this is, but I am physically unable to use aim anymore due to the constant crashes, screen freezes, unloading messages, and lag. It took 25+ minutes just for me to get a page to load. While I could argue its because of poor wifi -- this has only begun within the last 48 hours, and Im at a loss for words while unable to communicate with my usual peers. Whats going on?!

The only person I used to talk to on AIM which I rely on using this app for its features. One of those features being the camera. Whats up with the removal? Five thumbs down

Why take away peoples favorite thing about aim? Ive been a user of aim for years. Im still not going to leave. But you should really bring it back. You need too because youll lose all these people and your app will die out. And Im pretty sure none of us wants that. So I believe yall should update it again and bring it back!! We miss it!!

I a) cant communicate with friends in other countries any longer considering its not available to them in their country anymore and b) you got rid of live stream updates. I WISH giving you 0/5 stars was possible.

You guys had a good thing going and then completely ruined it by removing updates. Then certain countries cant even access the app. Thats so disgusting. Shame on you, no longer supporting.

I dont like the bubble chats they are hard to follow and my icon doest change when i have a chat going like the old one did.

I think they should be brought back and never should have been taken away. Everyone likes to have the updates. Now that they are gone, a lot of people upset with the fact.

We switched from Yahoo to AIM for work. Its awesome! YIM removed the ability to send files. They can only send JPEGs.

I really really love that I am able to correspond using messenger with my older cohorts via my smartphone through their desktop computer! My older love ones are always in my pocket! ❤️
